Our certified organic crops are located in Kujawy—far from industrial centers and highways. The local microclimate consists only of fields, forests, and a large post-glacial lake. We tend to our plantation exclusively with natural methods, using organic fertilizers, removing weeds mechanically, and enlisting natural allies to help protect the plants from potential “intruders.”
We have been cultivating haskap berries and promoting their benefits for over ten years. The idea was born from a desire to escape the daily rush and recalls childhood memories of time spent in our grandparents’ orchards.
Our entire family is engaged in this endeavor, with the haskap berry at its heart. We take part in international trade fairs and conferences and actively manage our social media channels.
The process of perfecting our premium product took two years, during which we conducted as many as nine strictly controlled taste tests of Haskap Liqueur. The results of our work led us to select the very best berries from our harvests and to create a product with a truly exceptional character.
